Chemical air scrubbers
CleanAllAir can supply various chemical air scrubbers:
- Chemical lamella air scrubbers with 70% reduction and a version with 95% reduction.
- Chemical NET (plastic kit) air scrubbers with 70% reduction and a version with 95% reduction.
The lamella air scrubber uses specially developed lamellae. The set of lamellae are moistened with acidified water by sprayers at the front and top. The lamellae cause the washing water to bind with absorbed ammonia as well as odour and dust particles. As the lamellae set is sprayed not continuously but for around one minute every twenty minutes , depending on the type of air scrubber, these scrubbers have very low energy costs.
For both the 70% and the 95% water the odour reduction is 30% and the fine-particle reduction is 35%. The air scrubber is fully automated.
The chemical lamella air scrubber that reduces ammonia emissions by 70% is certified under number BWL2004.02.V3. For a comparable yield refer to the 70% chemical NET scrubber, certified under number BWL2010.25.V1.
The 95% chemical lamella air scrubber operates according to the same principle but reduces ammonia emissions by 95% and is certified under number BWL2008.09.V3. This scrubber (GroenLabel leaflet) has approximately 30% more contact surface than the Uniq-70. Refer also to the 95% chemical NET scrubber, certified under number BWL2010.26.V1.
